With regard to the development of a targeted therapy plan, the prior evaluation of existing findings and associated CT, MRI or X-ray images is an important aspect. If desired, we are alternatively able to provide detailed diagnostic images in our clinic.

In order for you to know exactly what the desired treatment in the Clinic Bel Etage will cost, we prepare a calculation of the costs incurred on the basis of the available diagnostics and information received. The calculated estimate includes the evaluation of the findings, the treatment to be performed, the stay in one of our attractive rooms, as well as the aftercare on site, and the care after departure.

Before arrival, the deposit calculated in the cost estimate or the entire amount must be transferred. If you have approached us in cooperation with your embassy, the issuance of a declaration of assumption of costs is a prerequisite for starting the desired therapy.

Medical treatment in Germany may require a “visa for medical treatment”. We will be happy to inform you about this bureaucratic requirement in a meeting scheduled for this purpose. As a rule, visas required for medical treatment purposes are issued unproblematically and at short notice.

The necessary information for obtaining the appropriate visa is the invitation from our clinic, cost information and the developed treatment plans. If you wish to enter the country in a group of several persons, please send us the passport copies of all accompanying persons. If in the course of the treatment it turns out that an extension is necessary, we will be glad to take care of this request.
