Urology
The Department of Urology at the Bel Etage Clinic is headed by Chief Physician Dr. Jörn H. Witt and specializes in uro-oncological procedures on the prostate, bladder and kidneys as well as reconstructive procedures (e.g. renal pelvis plasty or ureter reconstruction).
Another focus is on the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Robot-assisted surgery as a particularly precise and gentle procedure is an essential part of surgical care.
Dr. Witt established this technique in German-speaking countries almost 20 years ago and is regarded as the most experienced surgeon in Europe and an absolute specialist in the application of this complex technique.
